Welcome to Christmas at Schnepf Farms! We're excited to host you and your family for a fun-filled farm experience. By purchasing a ticket or entering the farm, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Tickets & Admission
All guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Children 2 and under are free and do not require a ticket.

Ticket holders must comply with all farm rules, signage, and instructions from Schnepf Farms staff at all times.

Schnepf Farms reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

2. Weather Policy
The event is held rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather, Schnepf Farms may delay, reschedule, or cancel activities for safety reasons.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related closures or cancellations unless otherwise stated.

3. Health & Safety
By entering the farm, you assume all risks related to exposure to allergens, uneven terrain, wildlife, and natural conditions.

Farm animals may bite or kick—please interact responsibly and supervise children at all times.

Closed-toe shoes are recommended; guests enter at their own risk.

No outside food, alcohol, or coolers permitted.

4. Ride & Attraction Rules
Ride availability is subject to maintenance, weather, and staffing. Not all rides operate at all times.

Height and age restrictions apply for certain attractions.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children on all rides and activities.

5. Photography & Media
By entering Schnepf Farms, you grant permission for photographs and video footage of you and your party to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Guests may take personal photos; however, professional photography or videography requires prior written approval.

6. Property & Conduct
Please respect the farm’s grounds, animals, and staff.

No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, or fireworks are allowed on the premises.

Guests are responsible for their belongings. Schnepf Farms is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is fully canceled by Schnepf Farms.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another date (if available), subject to approval and availability.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending Christmas at Schnepf Farms, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with farm activities, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain, contact with animals, and participation in rides or events. Schnepf Farms, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during your visit.
